பெருமை பெருமிதம் இன்மை சிறுமை பெருமிதம் ஊர்ந்து விடல்.

Perumai Perumidham Inmai Sirumai Perumidham Oorndhu Vital

Freedom from conceit is (the nature of true) greatness; (while) obstinacy therein is (that of) meanness
