Privacy policy

Learn with Fueris is run by Fueris Technologies Private Limited, Chennai, India. It hosts two learning apps, Ver and Kanakku. This policy covers every page on learnwithfueris.com.

You don't need an account, and the apps never ask for your email address or any other personal details. All settings and progress are kept in your browser's local storage on your device:

• Ver: your interface language, favourite proverbs, sound and narrator settings, and best game scores.
• Kanakku: the player profiles you create (a first name or nickname and a level), stars, practice progress and the slip report shown on the Progress page.

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes all of it straight away. Kanakku's export code holds the same data, and only goes where you choose to paste it.

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you send. We use them only to read and reply to your message. The form is delivered to our own mailbox through our email provider (Hostinger). We don't add you to any mailing list, and we don't share your message with anyone else. To have a message deleted, write to the same address.

We show ads from Google AdSense to keep the apps free. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Children. Kanakku is for learners of every age, and many of them are children under 13. On Kanakku's pages we ask Google to show only non-personalised ads, which are chosen from the page content and not from a visitor's history. Ver is made for general audiences, including families learning together.

Consent. Where the law requires consent before personalised ads or analytics (for example the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), Google's consent message asks first. You can change your choice at any time from Privacy Options in Ver's Settings, where available in your region.

If analytics is switched on, we use Google Analytics to count which pages are visited, so we know what to improve. In regions that require consent, analytics stays off until you allow it.

The Listen features use your browser's built-in speech. The text is spoken by your own device and is not sent to us.

• Delete everything: clear this site's data in your browser settings.
• Remove one player: delete their profile from Kanakku's Progress page.
• Ads: manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and point out the change on the site.
